The Llano County Commissioners Court approved a proposed tax rate of $0.2751 per $100 of appraised property valuation, down from last year’s rate of $0.2822. The commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed tax rate on August 23, and will act on the 2011 budget on September 13. The commissioners re-imposed a burn ban for Llano County.
