The colorful paint dotting roadsides along Western Bit in Horseshoe Bay proper are indicators of two upcoming capital improvement projects. Jeff Koska, Director of Community Services for the City of Horseshoe Bay, said the first utility project to replace improperly laid sewer lines is slated to begin in late August. Koska explained that no established sewer service was available along Western Bit when homes were first built in the area.
