A total of 18 foreclosure notices were filed in Llano County during July. Six of the notices pertained to deeds of trust secured by property in Horseshoe Bay. In July 2009, 19 foreclosure notices were filed in Llano County, 18 were filed in July 2008, and 8 were filed in July 2007. Thirty-five foreclosure notices were filed in Burnet County for the August 3, 2010 sale date.
