As of Wednesday morning, five people had picked up information packets regarding running for one of the three seats on the Horseshoe Bay City Council up for election this fall. Four of those individuals have returned completed paperwork to place their names on the November 2, 2010 General Election Ballot. Along with incumbents Jim Babcock and Jeff Robinson, Cynthia Clinesmith and Fred Owen have filed for a place on the ballot.
