There will be a public hearing concerning the replat to be known as Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 12.26, a replat of Lot No. 12030-B, Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 12.12 and a 1,128 square foot tract of land out of Tract “KK-1”, Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 54.1, Tract “KK” at the regularly scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay city council meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 3.00 p.m., followed by discussion and action on the same.
