There will be a public hearing concerning a Variance request concerning Lot 1T-1B, Horseshoe Bay Applehead Island Plat No. 11.8T, in the City of Horseshoe Bay, Texas whereby the owner is seeking a Variance from Sec. 14.02.402 (b) (15) (L) of Chapter 14 Zoning of the City Code, at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting of Horseshoe Bay on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., followed by discussion and action on the same.
