Whitney National Bank was the lone bidder at the March 2 foreclosure sale on the Llano County Courthouse steps on five Grey Horse Construction Company properties in Horseshoe Bay. Grey Horse defaulted on its $1,488,000 loan from Whitney National Bank, leaving spec homes unfinished at 101 Jade, 3206 Douglas, 3212 Douglas, 3305 Douglas and 3327 Bay West Blvd.
