On January 8, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a resident living on Free Rein Street reported to Horseshoe Bay Police that he had observed two men entering parked vehicles in a parking lot in the area. The citizen confronted the pair and both suspects fled the scene. Police notified surrounding law enforcement agencies of the suspicious activity and a description of the suspects and their car.
