At its meeting on Tuesday afternoon, the Horseshoe Bay City Council unanimously agreed to provide water for its neighbors while the City of Cottonwood Shores makes repairs to its water plant. Dr. Roger Wayson, a CWS resident who volunteers as its environmental coordinator, told the HSB council that CWS has the funding in hand for the water plant repairs and expects the work to take less than 30 days.
