After the input received at the Town Hall Meeting on Oct. 8 opposing a street upgrade in the Fairways neighborhood funded by property owner assessments, the Horseshoe Bay City Council took little time at Monday’s road workshop to officially abandon the Fairways upgrade proposal and move forward to look at other road upgrade possibilities. HSB Mayor Bob Lambert began the road workshop with a quick summary.
