Officials from the Texas Wildlife Association (TWA) will speak at a meeting on wind energy and transmission at 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 15 at the Gillespie County Farm Bureau building at 237 Equestrian Way in Fredericksburg. TWA Secretary Glen Webb will discuss fundamentals and background in his “Wind Energy and Transmission 101” presentation.
