After a five hour contested hearing on Monday, a bankruptcy judge granted the request of HB Texas Development Partners, LP (“debtor”) to sell its only asset, Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay, at auction on May 15. The sale, if approved, could wipe out $4.7 million owed to local businesses who worked on the Skywater project.
