There will be a public hearing concerning the replat to be known as Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 15.72, a replat of Lot No. 15021, Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 15.2 at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay city council meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 3.00 p.m., followed by discussion and action on the same. The purpose of this replat is to combine Lot 15021 with a 0.084 acre fill area tract out of Tract “KK-4”, Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 53.1 The public hearing will be held at the city council chambers, #1 Community Dr., Horseshoe Bay, Tx. There will be a public hearing concerning an application for a Conditional Use Permit for temporary use of a tent for electric golf cart storage for the Summit Rock Golf Course to be located on Tract A in Summit Rock, North and North East of Summit Rock Blvd and May Apple. The public hearing will be held during the regular City Council meeting on February 21, 2012 beginning at 3:00 PM. PUBLIC NOTICE
The City Council of Horseshoe Bay will conduct a public hearing on February 21, 2012 as part of its regular city council meeting beginning at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657, to receive public comment on extending the temporary moratorium on new construction for Zone 13 CapRock, located in the 2700 block of Bay West Blvd., and for Tract BBB-2A of Zone 14 Horseshoe Bay Boulevard Corridor Zone and the Horseshoe Bay Boulevard Planned Development, located in the northwest corner of Horseshoe Bay Blvd. and Hi Circle North. The purpose of the temporary moratorium is to allow additional time for development of a Master Plan to be presented for City Council consideration before the moratorium expires. The proposed extension period is up to two (2) years, or until February 21, 2014.

There will be a public hearing concerning a City-initiated application for an amendment to Chapter 14 Zoning of the City Code at the regularly scheduled Horseshoe Bay City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 beginning at 3:00 PM, regarding an amendment creating Section 14.02.007 which will require that all properties in the City’s zoning jurisdiction that are not in an established subdivision will be considered to be under the Zoning regulations of Zone 3 Horseshoe Bay West. A copy of the proposed amendment is available from the City Secretary’s office during normal business hours.
